Terms of Service and Usage Rules
These rules apply to Zhida accounts, computing resources, and network services. Use the services lawfully and comply with the published terms of your order and these rules.
1. Prohibited activities
You must not use Zhida services for any of the following:
- Illegal transactions, fraud, unauthorized card transactions, phishing, or impersonating another person.
- Accessing or scanning systems without authorization, credential stuffing, launching denial-of-service attacks, or creating, deploying, or distributing malware intended for attacks or damage.
- Sending spam, harassing others, or abusing third-party platforms and their accounts, interfaces, or services at scale.
- Infringing copyright or privacy, unlawfully collecting, using, or sharing personal information, or creating, storing, or distributing illegal content.
- Bypassing authentication, billing, or resource limits, accessing administrative infrastructure without authorization, or interfering with other customers’ normal use of the services.
- Setting up, operating, or providing proxy services or proxy nodes, whether for personal use or for others.
- Setting up, deploying, or running Sub2API services, whether for personal use or for others.
Lawful development, builds, testing, and automation within your plan that comply with these rules will not be considered violations solely because CPU usage is high. Security testing requires explicit authorization from the owner of the relevant system and must be conducted lawfully within that authorization and in compliance with these rules.
2. Corrective action and temporary suspension
For ordinary issues that can be corrected, we will usually first notify the user and explain what conduct needs to be corrected.
In emergencies such as an ongoing security threat, an attack in progress, or suspected account compromise, we may first restrict the affected services to contain the risk, then explain the reasons and the conditions for restoration.
Complaints or abnormal indicators must be verified. Temporary protective measures do not mean that a violation has been confirmed or that the account has been permanently banned.
3. Account bans
After a human review confirms any of the following circumstances, we may terminate the relevant services and permanently close the account:
- Carrying out serious attacks, fraud, or other serious unlawful activities.
- Repeatedly violating these rules and refusing to correct the conduct after receiving notice.
- Maliciously circumventing restrictions or bans already imposed by using new accounts or another person’s account.
Suspension for billing reasons, such as unpaid balances or overdue payments, does not automatically result in a ban on the entire account.
4. Notices and appeals
Notices of action will explain the reasons, the scope of the impact, and any applicable requirements for restoration, except information whose disclosure is restricted by law.
You can appeal by email without signing in: [email protected]
Include your account email address, the relevant service or order, when the issue occurred, and an explanation of the circumstances. Do not send account passwords, two-factor authentication codes, or other sign-in credentials.
Appeals will be reviewed by a person. If we confirm that an action was taken in error, we will lift the corresponding restrictions. If further information is needed, we will contact you by email.
5. Fees and data
Fees, balances, refunds, and data matters related to service restrictions or account closure will each be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms already disclosed in the order.
If you dispute a fee or refund, you can also request a review through the email address above, including the relevant order and an explanation of the circumstances.
