Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account: your email address, password (stored only as a hash), name and language settings.
• Orders and payments: the configuration, rental period and amounts you choose, your country or region for tax, invoice and account credit records, and payment transaction IDs. We do not store card numbers.
• Rented Mac: connection details, the Mac login username and password (stored encrypted), and CPU, memory, disk and network usage.
• Security checks: to prevent misuse such as proxy and relay services, we check the names and network connections of networked programs on your rented Mac. We do not read your files or communications, or record your screen.
• Sign-in records: IP address, browser and device details, and sign-in time; if you turn on two-factor authentication, we also keep its secret key.
• Support and notifications: ticket messages, attachments and notification settings.
• Refer & Earn: referral relationships, commissions and withdrawals; to stop people from referring themselves, we record browser identifiers and network addresses.
• Access logs: when you visit the site, our servers and Cloudflare record your IP address, the time and browser details.

2. How we use information

We use this information for sign-up and sign-in, delivering and managing your rented Mac, processing payments and refunds, sending codes, invoices and other notices, handling support tickets, settling referral commissions, preventing misuse and meeting legal obligations.

3. How long we keep information

We keep account information until you close your account, except for the following records:

• Under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and Protection of Communications Secrets Act, contract and payment records are kept for 5 years, complaint and dispute records for 3 years, and site access records for 3 months.
• Security check records are kept for 30 days and referral anti-fraud records for 400 days.
• After the rental ends, data on the Mac may be erased at any time and is kept for no more than 7 days (see section 8 of the Terms of Service).

4. Service providers and international transfers

The following providers outside Korea process some information on our behalf. When you use the related features, the information is sent to them over the internet and kept under their contracts and policies. If you do not agree, you can avoid the related payment method or close your account:

• Stripe (United States): processes card and Alipay payments, including payment details, invoice numbers and amounts.
• Brevo (France): sends verification codes, invoices and notification emails, including your email address and the message contents.
• Cloudflare (United States and other countries): speeds up and protects the site, including IP addresses and request details.

Our servers are in Korea. Apart from the providers above and where the law requires, we do not share or sell your personal information. USDT transfers are recorded publicly on the blockchain and we cannot delete them.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for sign-in, security and referral tracking, and no advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If you block these cookies, you will not be able to sign in.

6. Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, at any time. You can change your name, email address and notification settings on your account page; for other requests, email the address below and we will reply within 10 days. Records we must keep by law cannot be deleted before their retention period ends.
